Ah the Great British Holiday, what's not to love about long journeys, fighting in the car about directions only to arrive in the pouring rain at a tired seaside resort?
Well comedian Alexander Armstrong is about to blow those myths out of the water.
The state of the economy has forced Brits to abandon Spain and stay local.
2009 has seen the UK tourist industry have a bumper year, due to everybody tightening their purse strings.
It's great news for those who help keep the industry afloat, especially as we've had a succession of rain-soaked summers.
