Apprentice Kimberly's attempt to lead her team to victory didn't go down well with Sir Alan.
We caught up with the 'rough, tough, cream puff from New York' to find out what possessed her to use pants to sell a breakfast cereal.
Do you think Sir Alan made the right decision?
Absolutely not, I had a lot more to offer and I think there were other people there who deserved to go before I did.
Pants Man wasn't the most appropriate idea - why did you go with it?
There were no other ideas. I think a lot of the other team members were intimidated by some of the things Philip said, and as a result when I asked for ideas I was faced with dead silence. Unfortunately I had to use what we had and I thought there was something quite funny about the pants idea.
What do you think of Philip? He's been the favourite so far but you described him as "childish" and "unprofessional"...
Philip is very good at hiding his true personality behind his smile and insincere comments. I always saw straight through it which is why I think he went on the attack. When Philip doesn't get his way he starts behaving like a child and throws temper tantrums. I can honestly say I've never seen an adult behave the way he did.
We've heard Kate seems to like him though, what do you know about their romance?
Kate didn't work with him, so Kate only sees the Philip that's very fun to be around. On a personal level I'm a sucker for a bit of romance so I was definitely trying to play matchmaker - I think it's really cute.
Lorraine really went on the attack in the boardroom, how did that feel?
Lorraine was somebody who a lot of people disliked from day one. I took her under my wing, she was my friend and before this task she told me she wanted to start fighting back. Unfortunately somewhere in her brain it got twisted and she started eight fully-fledged fights. It made my life very difficult but I still tried to defend her, and then she turned on me in the boardroom. I found her to be a Judas if I'm honest.
What do you think of the other candidates?
There are several candidates that I think are fantastic and who knows if I could have beaten them. They're very professional and they're wonderful good, honest people.
Who do you want to win?
I'd probably choose James. He's not the most articulate in the boardroom but he's one of the smartest people I've ever met. I think his brain is working three moves ahead - unfortunately his mouth doesn't always catch up!
