Children In Need means more than charity goodness for Doctor Who fans.
Every year we wait with baited breath for the mini episode aired on Children In Need night, and 2008 is no different.
Last year's Children In Need special saw current Doctor David Tennant team up with fifth incarnation, Peter Davison for a scene in the Tardis. But this year we're going to get something extra.
Rather than a specially filmed scene, the Beeb will screen an exclusive preview of this year's Doctor Who Christmas special entitled The Next Doctor.
We'll get to see the first two minutes of the episode in which David Morrissey guest stars as a future incarnation of the Doctor.
The special is set in Victorian England and will see the return of the Cybermen, as well as a new mutant Cyberman called a Cybershade.
We can't wait.
Children In Need is broadcast on BBC 1 on Fri 14th November.
