Big Brother 10 - LisaLisaIt's only day two in the Big Brother house and we've already seen plenty of action.

The contestants have been competing in tasks since they walked in - so which of them have won official housemate status?

Call Waiting
Following Rodrigo and Noirin's first bite of the BB apple, the non-housemates have been clamouring to be given access to a proper dwelling (not to mention their suitcases). But not all of them had to have their eyebrows shaved for the pleasure.

In fact, all Lisa had to do was pick up the big red telephone.

At 0.45am on Friday morning Lisa answered the phone and was told she had earned housemate status. She was given 15 minutes to choose someone to join her, and was then made to announce her decision in front of the others. Luckily for Lisa the experience wasn't uncomfortable in the slightest, and the contestants cheered when she chose Kris. Who would've thought this lot would be that lovely?

But why Kris? Lisa told BB: "I like Kris because we are both womanisers, we both love women. There was a natural bond". Fair dos.

Big Brother 10 - CharlieCharlieWalking On Broken Glass
Sadly for Charlie and Saffia they didn't get so lucky.

In the early wee hours of the morning, Big Brother's 'special forces', the SBBS, stormed the house and demanded the non-housemates undertake gruelling exercise such as jogging for a while before challenging Charlie and Saff to walk across broken glass.

"Remove your footwear," barked a big bloke wearing a balaclava. "Step forward one pace. In front of you lie 150 smashed wine bottles. This is real glass. It will cut you if you do not pay attention. Do you understand?"

Unfortunately the effect of the task was ruined by the obvious health and safety concerns BB must adhere to. "Put your foot down on the glass," continued the SBBS soldier. "If it feels sharp, move your foot. It is not a race." Come on, where's the fun in that? They may as well have been walking across a pile of fluffy pillows for all the tension it created.

Still, the pair were thrilled to be given the proverbial key to Big Brother's bedroom door and get a chance to change into clean underwear.

Big Brother 10 - FreddieFreddieFreddie's Confession
While the tasks continue, we've been getting to know the housemates a bit better, and Freddie started the day by revealing he likes to have his cake and eat it.

The 23-year-old web programmer told the other houseguests that he has never had a boyfriend before, although he has "slept with guys".

Freddie said: "I'm technically bisexual. I mean I'm straight, but after a few tequilas all bets are off." Hmm... with so many free spirits in the house, it looks like this is going to be an interesting summer.

Something For The Weekend
This weekend will see at least one more contestant given full housemate status. The secret challenge is set to test one volunteer to the limit, provided he can endure 30 seconds without saying the codeword 'safeguard' (sounds naughty, but since when has BB ever been family viewing?).

The rest will be left to face the public vote on Sunday, in which we'll get to decide who stays and who gets given the boot.
