We caught up with Carmen Electra who told us about her new reality show Perfect Catch, where a group of sexy contestants will travel the sun-drenched islands in the search of love.
She told us what's in store for the hopefuls and what you need to be the perfect catch.
Who is your perfect catch?
Without a doubt the man in my life right now!
How important are looks?
Looks are important, but I think that confidence is the most important thing, because it's sexy. If you’re confident you automatically appear more attractive. So if you want to find your perfect catch I say be prepared. Think perfume, lip gloss, and a pair of killer heels to show off the legs – and of course a sexy air of confidence.
What challenges will the contestants face?
Ultimately each contestant has to find their idea of the ‘perfect catch’ on each island, but we had to throw in some challenges for fun. So each week one or some contestants will be at a disadvantage to the rest. It might be that some contestants have to find their perfect catch on a family beach instead of the party beach. Or some contestants may get help from locals on the island. It could be anything. But it's crazy and fun!
Why choose Greece and which island was the most fun?
The Greek islands are just beautiful. If you’re going to find sexy gorgeous people anywhere in the world it has to be there. Everyone is beautiful! I couldn’t choose a favourite as I loved them all and can't wait to back one day.
Where do you think the sexiest place on earth is?
I think it's more about who you’re with that makes it sexy, rather than where you are. But the Greek islands, and all the people in it, are definitely sexy!
Who were the most entertaining contestants?
All the contestants were amazing! The show was a real journey for all of them, and for me and the judges. You could really see them grow and form bonds and relationships and sometimes those friendships had to end because that’s the nature of the competition. But it was very sweet seeing the relationships forming.
What TV shows are you into right now?
I’m so busy at the moment with my Vegas show that I don’t have time to watch TV.
Would you ever resume your music career?
I love music and it’s a big part of my life. I’m so grateful that I can pursue all my interests – acting, presenting and music with all the different opportunities I’ve been given. It makes life exciting as I never know what I’ll be doing next!
What’s on your iPod?
What I listen to is totally dependent on my mood and what I’m doing that day. But I guess you could say my taste is eclectic!
What’s in store for you after this show?
After the Perfect Catch it's back to the States for me where I’m returning to MGM Grand's Crazy Horse Paris Cabaret which I’m performing in in Vegas.
