Cheryl Cole has today confirmed she will be joining The X Factor judging panel.
Mrs O predicted that Cheryl would take her place, but is the young WAG up to the challenge?
Cheryl, who found fame on reality TV show Popstars: The Rivals, will join Simon, Dannii and Louis this week to preside over auditions for the next series.
"I'm so excited to be part of such a great show," Cheryl enthused: "Although it's scary joining a huge programme like The X Factor, it's a massive honour to be following in the footsteps of Sharon Osbourne."
"I'm prepared to work like a bitch," she added.
Cheryl's move will no doubt fuel speculation about the future of Girls Aloud, but she stressed the group were supporting her decision; "The rest of the girls have said they're right behind me, which is really important for me as it will be weird to be on the other side of the fence this time."
Fellow judge Dannii Minogue said she was "thrilled" that Cheryl would be joining the show.
Looks like there'll be less b***hing this series. Shame.
