EastEnders bosses are so desperate to keep it secret that scripts have been censored, with the father just being referred to as “George Michael”. Only the top brass at the Beeb know who’s the daddy, so the secret is kept until the last possible moment.

Fans and Heather (Cheryl Fergison) are desperate to know the identity. Cheryl told the Daily Star: “I kept going up to our producer to ask him,

"He wouldn’t tell me and in the end I realised it was probably best not knowing."

So who could it be? One thing’s for sure. A Walford man is in for a big shock later this year. And we’re pretty sure it’s not Mr Michael.
