The arrival of Naomi's husband seemed to scupper Peter's plans somewhat. But no-one seems to have told Peter that, and he's left to experiment with a number of increasingly shocking costume changes to spice up the situation.

Elsewhere, Stewie (also voiced by the scarily multilingual Seth MacFarlane) gets into trouble with some out of towners.
