The much talked about threesome that is set to happen in Gossip Girl is already in a whole heap of trouble.
The Parents Television Council (PTC) are urging affiliated networks not to broadcast the show.
CW, who produce the hit drama about the lives of a group of affluent young college students, are running trailers around the episode entitled 3some.
Mystery surrounds who the three characters are and they are not revealed in the promo.
The PTC have written a strongly worded letter to the network calling the trailers 'reckless and irresponsible'.
In a letter to CW affiliate stations, president Tim Winter asked: "Will you now be complicit in establishing a precedent and expectation that teenagers should engage in behaviours heretofore associated primarily with adult films?"
Tim said: "CW has been defending graphic content on Gossip Girl by asserting that they don't target teenagers."
"Such a claim doesn't even pass the 'laugh test."'
It's not the first time that the organisation, who describes itself as a nonpartisan education group advocating responsible entertainment, has critised the show.
Last year a saucy campaign which promoted Gossip Girl's new season was met with complaints from the body, claiming that the show is "expressly targeted to impressionable teenagers."
Paul McGuire, a spokesman for CW, said the average age for viewers was 27 years old and the show was not targeted specifically for teens.
Rumour has it that it could be three possible couples plus one: Serena, Chuck and Blair, Dan, Vanessa and Olivia or Nate, Chuck and one of the girls. Who knows?
One thing is for sure, we'll be waiting with baited breath.
The episode airs in the US on 9 November, 2009.
