If you dared to go out in the cold this weekend you missed a cracking I'm A Celeb.
Timmy got friendly with the natives, David didn't deliver, Dani got herself in a flap over a boar and what the heck is going on between Joe and Esther?
Bugged Out
Having laughed his way through Robert's challenge Timmy Mallet got a taste of his own medicine. The 'madcap' presenter joked his way through his trial where he lay in a plastic coffin whilst 50,000 critters were dumped on him. Despite being told by Brian to keep his mouth closed, Timmy cackled his way through the task and won 12 meals for the camp.
He went back to the camp triumphant and relayed his story to the hungry camp, ignoring their cries of 'so how many stars did you win?' whilst he burbled on. Nicola said: "He still managed to p*** us off even though he won."
Shaken and Stirred
We didn't want to laugh, (oh, ok we did) but we were cracking up watching David Van Day's efforts in the task Holey Moley.
Never have we heard screams like it. As David crawled through a series of tunnels he was greeted by rats, eels and an assortment of jungle crawlies as he tried to get as many stars in five minutes.
Not only did he fail the task but he came out a different man and told Ant 'n' Dec: "It was terrible…absolutely the worst thing I’ve ever done in my life’."
Too Many Cooks
Dani Behr came over all tired and emotional when she was ousted from her self-nominated role of cook.
Boar was on the menu, but Dani threw a strop when other people decided to put in their tuppence worth on how to prepare the meal.
She said: "I’m getting so stressed in the kitchen. I'm annoyed with myself for getting in a bit of a state about it. It all kicked off over a pigs foot. Everyone's so territorial of their one chore."
If you can't take the heat Dan...
She wasn't the only one to turn on the waterworks, Carly and Joe both had a cry. Deary me. Was it a full moon? Everybody is crying.
Carly got upset when she was treated to an England football match only to realise her fiancé Joe Cole wasn't playing. And Joe blubbed about all the on-going tensions in the camp.
He said: "Nicola makes people feel very uncomfortable...I think Dani can be a little bit abrupt sometimes, she can be a little bit rude." The poor poppet went on to have a little cry and slept in the cave with Timmy Mallet.
Love is in the air?
We're used to weird love matches, but no-one could predict the flirting going on between Esther Ranzten and Joe Swash. Euugh! Joe has been flirting to within an inch of his life with charity campaigner Esther. He gushed: "She’s a very loving woman Esther and we’ve got a lot of banter together. I wind her up, she winds me up."
Surely this is a wind up. Enough already.
