Robert CarlyleEver wondered during an idle moment who would win a fight between super special agents Jack Bauer and James Bond?

Err, well we have - and so has Robert Carlyle from the sounds of it.

Rob's spent some quality time with both legendary spies. He played Bond villain Renard in 1999's The World Is Not Enough opposite Pierce Brosnan and more recently starred in 24: Redemption as Jack's ally in Africa, Carl Benton.

But who would the Scot put his money on?

When posed the question, the actor told Scotland's Daily Record: "Jack Bauer probably - he kills more people. Kiefer (Sutherland) could definitely kick Daniel Craig's a***."

We love a bit of Bond, but we have to admit that Rob's probably right.
