In an interview with Esquire magazine, James Corden has slammed his Hollyoaks colleagues.
The actor had a small role in the soap eight years ago, but has said that he'd "rather die than go back."
"I can't tell you the sheer disdain I have for the place and the people," said James, who graces Esquire's cover this month.
"I met a couple of really good friends there, but it's only 20 per cent nice people."
"It just breeds p****s - all these people walking around with this chicken-in-a-basket fame, talking about going to LA."
James has evidently gone on to bigger and better things since his Hollyoaks role as caretaker Wayne.
Having co-created and starred in Gavin And Stacey, James has become hot property in TV land, with two Baftas under his belt and an executive-producer credit on the upcoming US version of the popular sitcom.
The actor went on to reveal how the success of Gavin And Stacey has changed his life: "Every aspect of my life, personally and professionally, feels so different."
"It's inconceivable to me that I could be on the cover of a magazine, because people on a magazine don't look like me."
