Well, that's what we hear on the grapevine anyway.

Apparently, the ex-Atomic Kitten singer is hopeful that an appearance could boost her career and help get her life back on track.

According to the Daily Star, Kerry confessed she "would love to go back in the jungle," while a pal told the newspaper: "She just wants to get back to normal and get some work."

But ITV insist there are no plans for the reality star to return to the Aussie outback. A show source told us: "We're not talking to Kerry. There's absolutely no truth in that story whatsoever."

To be honest, we're a little disappointed.

Other celebrities rumoured to be taking part in the series this year include glamour girl Samantha Fox, ex-EastEnder Kara Tointon and Britain's Got Talent star Susan Boyle.
