We were already excited about the new Peter Kay show next Saturday.
But we can barely contain ourselves now we know who’s going to make a guest appearance.
Beatles legend, Sir Paul McCartney will be appearing in a cameo role!
According to the Daily Mirror, the man who made our mums weak at the knees has filmed several scenes for the comic’s new show: Britain’s Got The Pop Factor And Possibly A New Celebrity Jesus Christ Superstar Strictly On Ice. Phew!
As you may have guessed from the name, the two hour programme is a spoof of TV talent shows. Kay is set to delight, playing wannabe stars. Macca is believed to be appearing as himself.
Other stars taking part are fellow northerners Cat Deeley and the Kaiser Chiefs.
We can’t wait to see them all Come Together next Saturday.
