National Television Award 2008 Nominations

Sir Trevor McDonald will once again host this year's National TV Awards live from London's Royal Albert Hall on Wednesday 29 October.

The annual awards are always hotly contested and seen as the industry indicator as to what the public want and love.

The nominated categories are therefore always for Most Popular… comedy programme, talent show etc, and the Most Popular Serial Drama (read Soap) is always waited for with baited breath.
