Moira KellyAction in Heroes' third chapter, Villains, has been hotting up as the super-powered bunch are forced to choose sides for an impending showdown.

But we're already looking ahead to chapter four, Fugitives, which will see two new faces join the cast and a shock death for one fan fave.

E! Online are reporting that One Tree Hill's Moira Kelly is set to star as Abby Collins, a Homeland Security agent, in at least one episode of the Fugitives volume (the next chunk of episodes in the current third season).

But whether or not Abby has powers is yet to be revealed.

Meanwhile, Dan Byrd of US sitcom Aliens in America has landed a recurring role on the show. Word is that his character, Luke, has the ability to produce microwaves that are strong enough to fry people. Nice.

Dan ByrdLuke's storyline will see him embark on a road trip seeking adventure and excitement. Unfortunately for the poor kid, Sylar will be accompanying him. Prepare for some de-braining people.

Rumours are also circulating that one beloved blonde is set to kick the bucket before the season is out. Fans theories abound, but it looks likely that either Elle, Claire or Daphne won't make it to chapter five.
