There's Craig White who wants to build a house out of straw (not as silly as it may sound), Mathew Holloway who has developed technology for an energy efficient air condition system that uses 90% less power than conventional systems, and finally Marco Cremona who has designed a water recycling system to help the biggest water users - luxury hotels - recycle up to 80% of their waste water.
