Jedward In Double D Trouble?
Terrible twins John and Edward may cause the X Factor house to be shut down following a lewd display.
Residents of the posh street the X Factor wannabes are housed in have complained to the police after Jedward stood in the window dressed only in their boxers and performed a ‘Michael Jackson dance routine’ that included grabbing their crotches.
The boys were responding to girls grouped outside House X, some of whom have been flashing their boobs at the boys.
No, really.
Locals have also complained to the police about ‘pornographic’ messages that have been written on the fence surrounding the house.
John and Edward? Porn? Shudder.
X Insider Speaks
Someone else who’s been feeling the love for the Grimes brothers this week is show choreographer and one-time judge Brian Friedman.
He told Heat that the twins are his favourite act to work with, Imagine!
He said: ‘They don’t look amazing when they’re performing, but I think that’s the charm.”
However, he admitted they’re probably not the best singers in the world: “They’re not singers and you would think that anyone who gets down to the final 12 of The X Factor would have some kind of voice, but they really don’t.”
Don’t hold back Bri, say what you really think.
Cheryl Blasts Simon
Brian’s not the only one sharpening his claws. Cheryl Cole this week branded Simon Cowell "nasty, rude and annoying".
Well, duh. But that’s why we love him.
Cheryl told BBC News: "There is tension between us on the actual Saturday night, when he starts getting annoying and saying nasty things.
"It gets quite heated backstage, and quite competitive. I don't feel like I'm a competitive person.
"I feel like the best person should win The X Factor, whether they're in my category or not.
"But he's so competitive and so rude sometimes that I find myself getting caught up in it."
Well, good. We find the judges’ in-fighting as exciting as the acts. Sometimes more so.
Simon Blasts Cheryl
We suspect Cheryl’s anti-Simon tirade could have been a swipe back. We’ve heard that the micro-phone haired one gave Cheryl and Dannii Minogue a dressing down after last week’s show.
Apparently he ordered them to his dressing room and told them off for spending too much time on their hair and make-up and not enough time on their acts.
An X insider told the Daily Mirror: “He told the girls he wants them to spend less time in front of the mirror and more time concentrating on their acts, song choices and criticisms.
“He thinks Cheryl and Dannii need to be more real. He thinks they are too afraid to offend.
“He doesn’t want them to say just what they think the public wants to hear. He wants them to think about what they’re saying.”
So basically he wants to create two mini-Si’s?
We’re not sure we could cope.
